Three weeks ago, this horse delivered a poor performance over a Happy Valley mile, jumping slowly and maintaining an even pace with no notable acceleration. It finished well-beaten. In a subsequent trial over Sha Tin’s 1400m, it benefits from a four-pound weight reduction but the section times were unremarkable and the overall form is concerning, offering little hope for improvement this time.
