Slow jump out, settled towards the rear, maintained a steady pace but finished strongly to win comfortably by one and a half lengths. This race requires carrying seven pounds more weight. Although proven over this distance with good times recorded in the group, and expected to settle towards the rear again with a strong finishing kick, drawing an outside barrier is unfavorable, hoping for a close finish.
