Two weeks ago, over this same distance, the performance was adequate but not outstanding. The jump wasn’t quick, settling back in the field before making a late run with fast sectionals. This time, no additional weight will be carried; having previously secured two wins over this course and distance, and with good times recorded within the group, drawing an inside barrier is advantageous. A hold-up tactic is expected, relying on a strong finishing kick which is a key strength compared to rivals. The horse has a definite advantage in this race.
