SUPREME FEELING

Fourteen days ago, over the same distance, the horse performed reasonably well despite a slow start and settling towards the back of the field. It maintained a consistent pace throughout but only made up some ground in the final stages, finishing three and a half lengths behind. The form was unfavorable with no obvious synergy between horse, jockey and trainer. Despite a one-pound weight reduction and drawing a good barrier this time, expectations remain modest.
