Five weeks ago, over Sha Tin 1200m, this horse performed well despite a slow start, settling towards the back of the field with a consistent pace and making ground in the final stages to finish fourth, beaten by one and a half lengths. Now stepping back to Happy Valley over 1200m for its first attempt at this distance, the horse clocked reasonable times in its grouping. Trainer and jockey are working well together; however, even with an unfavorable draw requiring a hold-up tactic, the finishing kick may not be strong enough to contend for top honors and is best considered as a supporting player.
