Four weeks ago over the same distance, the horse performed well despite a slow start, settling towards the rear of the field. It maintained a steady pace throughout and made up some ground in the final stages, finishing three lengths behind the winner and showing good ability. The pace didn't suit its running style, requiring it to race from behind and lacking the finishing kick of rivals. Trainer-jockey combination hasn’t shown significant synergy, however, a favorable barrier draw and solid trial times make it worth considering.
