Three weeks ago, over the same distance, this horse performed reasonably well, settling towards the rear but finishing within two and a half lengths of the winner. This time it has a one-pound weight reduction. It has recorded three wins from 22 starts at this trip with acceptable times. Drawing a favorable barrier, despite a slightly unfavorable overall position and a lack of strong late speed, the trainer/jockey combination isn't particularly harmonious; this horse is best suited as a supporting runner.
