Moving to the dirt over a mile for his first attempt at the distance, he struggled with the trip and faced an unfavorable position due to a slow overall time; his finishing kick lacked impact, and the combination of trainer and jockey has yet to show significant synergy. However, given a decent draw and a 4lb weight allowance this time, he is a potential longshot candidate for each-way consideration.
