On April 13th, the horse ran a 1000m turf trial at Conghua (2-4-3), showing both early speed and closing power, with an easy demeanor. His subsequent run on March 30th in an 800m turf trial at Conghua (3-3-2) showed good responsiveness while following the rail. His race in May was very disappointing; despite settling in a good position near the front, his late run weakened. After two practice trials, there has been slight improvement. Switching to short sprints on Happy Valley turf for his first run at this distance, the trip does not suit him perfectly. Lacking prominent closing power compared to rivals in the field and with no particular harmony between jockey and trainer, his advantage lies in being able to hold a favorable forward position. His recent form is not bad enough to be overlooked.
