Three weeks ago, this horse performed excellently in a 1200m dirt trial, stalking the pace and showing decent late acceleration to finish fourth. Fortunately, the margin was small, beaten only three and a half lengths. Subsequently running over shorter distances on turf, the connections did not seem to be well-aligned, and there was no outstanding partnership between jockey and trainer. However, in a race requiring sustained stamina, his finishing kick was the sharpest in the field; with three wins from nine starts, he remains considered a low-chance contender.
