Three weeks ago, in the same race, this horse performed excellently. While his break was not quick and he settled further back, he maintained a steady pace throughout, progressively closing in during the final stages to secure second place. Fortunately, he was not beaten by a large margin, finishing two and a half lengths behind; his standard is high. Although the current circumstances are somewhat disadvantageous, his finishing kick was slightly lacking; however, his prior form and acceptable time figures are worth noting and warrant caution.
