After two further barrier trials, there was slight improvement. Switching to Happy Valley turf over 1200m for the first time, he is carrying two extra pounds this time. The trip doesn't suit him, and his timing hasn't been outstanding; the prospects are slightly unfavorable, with a less impressive late run. The jockey and trainer combination isn't ideal, but he put in a solid effort at the finish line; as an outsider, he's worth considering.
