7/5 (Zonhua dirt trial over 1200m: 1-1-1) bounced out well and navigated smoothly. Five weeks ago, in a similar race, the horse showed outstanding form and was able to stretch out, finishing second beaten only half a length. After a trial run, there has been slight improvement. While the circumstances are not ideal and the finishing kick is not prominent, with decent past performance and acceptable timing figures over this distance, it could be considered as a potential outsider bet.
