Three weeks ago, the horse showed poor form in a Happy Valley 1200m race, settling well and tracking the leaders before fading in the final stages to finish badly. Changing to Sha Tin over 1400m for its first attempt at this trip, the horse was disadvantaged by the pace of the field and did not find an ideal position. While connections haven't shown outstanding synergy, if it adopts a stalking running style, its late momentum is the strongest in the group and the trip should suit it, making place contention possible.
