Three weeks ago, the horse performed poorly over a Happy Valley staying trip, tiring late with an even pace throughout and unremarkable running style. In his previous run over 1800m on Sha Tin turf, the circumstances were not favorable, and the drawn barrier position was poor; jockey and trainer coordination wasn't ideal. However, with a sustained run from the rear, he still showed some threat in his finishing kick and exhibited competitive time figures, making him a contender for a place.
