On May 26th, in a turf barrier trial over 1000m (running positions: 6-4-2), the horse gradually moved forward but did not change pace in the final stages. On May 8th, in a Happy Valley barrier trial over 1200m (running positions: 2-2-4), it tracked near the front, but couldn't accelerate much on the straight. On April 14th, in a dirt barrier trial over 1200m (running positions: 1-2-7), it sped up in the second section but dispersed on the straight. On March 16th, in a Fromka turf barrier trial over 1200m (running positions: 1-1-5), it led strongly but faded in the final phase. On February 27th, in a Fromka turf barrier trial over 1000m (running positions: 1-1-1), it occupied a mid-pack position and just managed to hold on. On February 6th, in a Fromka turf barrier trial over 1000m (running positions: 3-3-3), it tracked near the front but showed slight weakness in the final phase. Being a debutante, this horse began training at the end of November last year after arriving in Hong Kong. It has completed six barrier trials and shown slight improvement. Its footwork is low with a strong impact, showing decent acceleration over 1200m, and it should show promise in its first start today.
