FLYING SNIPER

Ten days ago, this horse showed outstanding form in a 1200m Sha Tin trial, maintaining a good run throughout and gradually recovering ground in the home stretch to finish fourth. Fortunately, he was not heavily weighted, finishing only two and a half lengths behind. In his more recent outing over 1400m on Sha Tin, this was his first run at the trip, and his time was respectable. He settled behind in a competitive pace, exhibiting the most potent finishing kick of his group, earning him one of the highest ratings for this race. The jockey has a good understanding of the horse's temperament, and the training and riding plans are in harmony; however, the race conditions have not yet aligned favorably, nor has his draw been ideal, though he still possesses winning potential.
