DANCING CLASSICS

Four weeks ago, this horse performed reasonably well over a Happy Valley 1200m. He was slow breaking and settled towards the rear, but fortunately, he wasn't too far behind, finishing beaten two and a half lengths. Returning to straight races, this time with a two-pound reduction in weight, he has proven his capability over this distance and showed passable timing. His finishing kick is strong among the competitors, and the jockey is familiar with this horse. The trainer and jockey's tactics are in sync; however, the track position hasn't been ideal, warranting a speculative bet.
