Five weeks ago, he performed excellently in the same race, tracking the leaders efficiently, gradually closing in towards the finish to secure second place, beaten by half a length. After running a trial, he showed slight improvement. In this race, he will carry two pounds extra, and the circumstances are slightly unfavorable with a disadvantageous draw; his finishing kick hasn't stood out. However, given his decent time performance and dedicated preparation, he should be in contention for a placing.
