While the jump out was not quick, he conserved energy towards the back and steadily progressed throughout, recovering a considerable amount of lost ground in the final stages. His time performance was not outstanding, and his position put him at a slight disadvantage. The jockey-trainer combination was not ideal, but his powerful closing kick among the group makes him worth watching in this race, as he carries a three-pound weight allowance.
