On 26/06, in a Sha Tin turf barrier trial over 1200m (8-8-2), the horse came up from an outside draw with strong closing speed. Eight weeks ago, in a Happy Valley mile, the performance was not bad; it did not jump out quickly and conserved energy towards the end, maintaining an average pace throughout, and managed to regain some ground in the final stages. After a trial barrier run, there was slight improvement. In another Happy Valley 1200m trial, the time difference in the same group was slightly disadvantageous. If adopting a rearward running style, the closing power might not match the competition in the final stages. The jockey and trainer do not appear to have a particularly harmonious partnership; with only three wins from 18 starts, favorable draws are required, and high hopes should not be placed on it.
