On 05/12, in another 1600m turf trial (positions: 4-5-5-5), he did not consistently press, a passable effort. On 17/11, in a 1200m turf trial (positions: 8-8-8), he jumped clumsily and showed little improvement under urging. On 28/10, in an 800m turf trial (positions: 1-5-8), he was near the front early but dropped back at one point, regaining momentum under a strong ride.
