From the 1200m Sha Tin trial on August 31st (9-9-9), the horse started slightly slowly, jogging in a relaxed manner to stretch its legs. This is his first run of the season; two months ago, he ran poorly over 1400m on Sha Tin grass, finishing in the rear with a weakening late run. The trial did not show any improvement. Returning to Happy Valley over a mile, the circumstances are not ideal and the jockey-trainer combination is not perfect, but his finishing kick is among the strongest in the group, he has shown ability on this course, and he can contend for a place.
