Making his first start this season, he performed sluggishly in the same race two months ago, tracking near the front with a weakening close. He carries one pound less in this race; his prospects are relatively sound, and the draw is ideal. His early speed is sufficient to challenge for position, and he still holds some advantage in the finishing kick, but his time has not been outstanding, and there isn't a particularly strong partnership between jockey and trainer to overlook.
