WIN WIN was withdrawn on 21.3.09 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame left fore). Before being allowed to race again, WIN WIN will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. After being boxed, HEALTHY BLUEBERRY became factious and broke out underneath the front gates of its stall. HEALTHY BLUEBERRY was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said in his opinion the horse had sustained a laceration to the left shoulder and in his opinion was not suitable to race. Acting on this advice, the Stewards ordered the withdrawal of HEALTHY BLUEBERRY. Before being allowed to race again, HEALTHY BLUEBERRY will be required to perform satisfactorily in an official barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. REDOUTE STAR began awkwardly and lost ground. DASHING VICTORY was a little slow to begin, then was checked when crowded for room between MALAYAN BRIGHT and PENGLAI XIANZI which shifted in. In this incident, MALAYAN BRIGHT also become unbalanced. After the 900 Metres, STILLYOUTURNMEON, which was racing greenly, got its head up and checked when awkwardly placed inside the heels of MALAYAN BRIGHT. After this, STILLYOUTURNMEON continued to race greenly and commenced to give ground at the 600 Metres. The performance of STILLYOUTURNMEON, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, STILLYOUTURNMEON will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in an official barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. After the 200 Metres, MALAYAN BRIGHT was shifted out away from the heels of DASHING VICTORY. STILLYOUTURNMEON was sent for an official veterinary inspection. A veterinary inspection of STILLYOUTURNMEON after the race did not show any significant findings. PENGLAI XIANZI, MALAYAN BRIGHT and DASHING VICTORY were sent for sampling.
