Three weeks ago, the horse ran well over a mile on dirt, settling in a good position tracking the leaders and showing strong forward momentum. Switching to a Happy Valley mile this time, it’s the first attempt at this distance with a one-pound weight reduction. The distance isn't ideal, and the trainer-jockey combination isn’t considered strong. Despite drawing a favorable barrier, it may be able to lead, possesses decent finishing speed, and the jockey has some understanding of the horse’s ability – regarded as a trial run only.
