He finished seventh, beaten two and a half lengths. Now switching to Happy Valley over 1200m for his first attempt at this distance, he benefits from a two-pound weight reduction. The distance appears suitable, and he has the potential to lead early. Drawing a good barrier position further enhances his chances; comparatively, he possesses a stronger overall ability than other contenders. He underwent gate workouts recently but lacks strong finishing speed, with hopes for a place finish.
