SHINYU KOKOROE

On April 8th, completed a dirt trial over 1200m in sections of 2-2-2, tracking closely with horses both ahead and behind. Five weeks ago, ran poorly on the dirt over 1200m, slow out of the gate and settled towards the rear with a steady pace but no finishing burst. A subsequent barrier trial showed slight improvement. Now switching to Happy Valley over 1200m for its first attempt at this distance, carrying a three-pound weight reduction, the trip is unfavorable and the overall situation appears challenging despite drawing a good barrier; considered an outsider.
