Four weeks ago, this horse delivered a strong performance over Sha Tin 1400m, jumping moderately and settling back in the field before making up ground with fast sectionals to finish third, beaten two and a half lengths – demonstrating a high level of ability. A recent turf trial at Conghua over 1200m (sections: 7-6-1) saw the horse consistently changing positions but winning comfortably. The horse has shown slight improvement in its latest trial. Now stepping up to Sha Tin 1600m, it will carry a 3lb increase in weight. While the distance increase is favorable and the horse possesses a strong finishing kick among its rivals, the unfavorable barrier draw limits expectations to potentially securing second place.
