On March 3rd (dirt trial 1200m: 3-1-2), the horse showed early speed over 800m, conserving energy in the final stretch. On March 20th (Conghua dirt trial 1200m: 1-1-1) it demonstrated strong form with a seamless performance. A turf trial at Conghua over 800m on March 7th (3-2-2), following a short break, still showed good ability. In a Sha Tin Turf 1200m race prior to March, the horse performed moderately, slow out of the gate and settling towards the back before making a mid-race move but failing to close the gap. After a short spell, three barrier trials revealed some improvement. Dropping in class, it now enters a dirt track 1200m race for the first time, facing a seven-pound weight increase. The distance isn't ideal and trainer-jockey synergy is lacking; however, even if settling back in the field, its finishing kick is among the strongest in the group. A jockey change to Alexis Badel may improve understanding of the horse’s capabilities, with gatework observed before racing, suggesting a cautious approach is warranted initially.
