He finished sixth, beaten three and a half lengths. Returning to the races quickly, stepping up in class to run on dirt over 1200m, he benefits from a 20-pound weight reduction this time. Having previously won twice at this distance, the competition is relatively even. The horse is expected to race towards the back with a strong finishing kick and possesses superior overall ability. Karis Teetan takes the ride, having a good understanding of the horse’s temperament, and the trainer/jockey combination appears mutually trusting, making him one to watch.
