Three weeks ago, the horse ran a decent race over Sha Tin 1400m, jumping slowly and settling towards the back. It made a move in the middle stages, chasing Last Kingdom, but was beaten three and a half lengths for fifth. In a subsequent trial at Happy Valley over 1200m, it received a two-pound weight reduction. Facing a time difference within its group, it was instructed to settle towards the back again, however lacked the necessary finishing kick compared to rivals. Despite drawing a favorable barrier, opportunities appear limited.
