Two weeks ago, this horse ran poorly over a Happy Valley 1200m, settling in a good position tracking the leaders, showing an effort in the middle stages but fading significantly. Switching to a Happy Valley mile, it's their first attempt at this distance and they need to carry three pounds more this time. This distance is not ideal; they’ll likely need to be held up in the race, however, their finishing kick isn't strong enough to compete effectively. The barrier draw isn't advantageous, despite some pre-race trackwork, a watching brief is recommended before placing any bets.
