Racing again soon after, it trialed over 1800m at Happy Valley. This time carrying a three-pound weight reduction, the sectionals weren’t impressive and it was forced to race from behind; however, its finishing kick wasn't as strong as the competition. Despite having some form over this distance and securing a good barrier draw, its chances appear limited.
