Eight weeks prior, in a similar distance trial, performance was poor with a slow start and settling towards the rear, maintaining an even pace without a strong closing section, resulting in a significant defeat. Following a short break, a recent barrier trial showed moderate form. This time benefiting from a three-pound weight reduction and facing unremarkable times within its group, the situation isn’t particularly favorable. Despite having four wins from eighteen starts over this distance, drawing a good barrier suggests a hold-up strategy. Finishing kick is a strength compared to others in the field, showing positive signs but lacking obvious tactics.
