WINNING DIAMOND

On April 28th (Conghua turf trial, 1000m: 6-5-1), the horse travelled well within the group and showed a strong pace. On April 11th (Conghua turf trial, 1000m: 7-7-3), it was slightly slow to jump but made good ground from the 300m mark with a powerful finishing kick. On March 28th (Conghua turf trial, 1000m: 4-5-1) it took initiative and showed an impressive performance. On March 7th (Conghua turf trial, 800m: 2-3-1), it moved forward easily from the 200m mark with a relaxed stride. This is its debut race as a newcomer; it began training after arriving in Hong Kong last October. It has trialled four times this season showing some improvement. Low action, suited to sprints, performs well on straight courses and shows willingness to chase. Well prepared for this first outing, secured a good barrier draw and appears competitive.
