Four weeks ago, over a Happy Valley 1800m, the performance was below expectations; settled in a good position tracking the leaders and maintained a fast pace through the first two sections but faded towards the finish. Returned to dirt mile recently with a three-pound weight reduction this time, having shown previous form over this distance. Comparable times within its group, capable of settling in a good position tracking the leaders, drew an advantageous inside barrier, horse and jockey appear a good match, late work has been done adequately for preparation. Despite lacking a strong finishing kick, conditions aren't ideal. Trainer-jockey combination is not considered optimal, but still possesses potential to perform well.
