On May 9th, this horse recorded a strong trial over Happy Valley’s 1200m (barrier trial positions: 1-1-2), taking the lead throughout and responding well to pressure in the final section. On April 22nd, over 1200m on the dirt (positions: 3-4-6), he was urged at the 200m mark but did not show significant acceleration. On April 1st, another dirt trial over 1200m saw a moderate start and a shift in running line at the 200m with noticeable effort to close ground (positions: 6-5-5). A Happy Valley 1000m trial on March 14th began slowly, settling back in the field (positions: 7-9-9). On February 25th, a turf trial over 800m saw a slightly slow start but finished with good momentum after finding his stride (positions: 9-6-6). This is the horse’s debut run as a new arrival. Training commenced in early January upon import to Hong Kong. He has undergone five barrier trials this season, showing only average performance; these are considered purely evaluation runs.
