THUNDER PRINCE

Four weeks ago, over the same distance, this horse performed well. He jumped slowly and settled towards the rear, maintaining a steady pace, but finished strongly to take second place, beaten by half a length. This time he carries only a 2lb penalty, has good section times within the group, draws a favorable barrier, and is expected to settle back in the field with a strong finishing kick – the strongest in the group. The horse’s current form appears promising and trainer-jockey combination are working well together; he should be able to show his true ability.
