On March 7th, a dirt trial over 1200m at Conghua saw the horse perform creditably with a forward run (sections 5-5-3). Six weeks ago, in a Sha Tin turf mile race, performance was disappointing; a slow jump led to settling towards the rear, maintaining a steady pace but lacking a strong finish. A recent barrier trial didn't particularly impress. Returning for its debut at Happy Valley over 1200m, it will carry one pound less this time and faces unfavorable circumstances with a poor draw in terms of section times. Despite having two previous wins at this distance, preparation appears adequate but the horse is not considered a leading contender for this race.
