He made a strong move in the middle stages, chasing after the leaders and finishing third, beaten by just half a length. Now stepping up in class, he returns to Happy Valley over 1800m this time with a nine-pound weight reduction. Having previously won twice at this distance and recording the fastest time amongst his group, combined with a favorable barrier draw, the horse appears well-positioned. Based on its ability, it is definitely a strong contender in this race, and trainer and jockey are working well together, suggesting potential for an upset victory.
