This time he has a one-pound weight reduction; although he's won twice at this distance previously and his sectional times are comparable with rivals, he is capable of taking the lead. The jockey has some understanding of the horse’s ability and the trainer appears confident, but his finishing kick is weak, making his chances uncertain, hoping for a place.
