COURIER ALADDIN

Three weeks ago, over Sha Tin’s 1400m, the horse ran well despite a slow start and settling towards the rear. It showed good acceleration in the middle stages and maintained a strong gallop. Now stepping up to a Happy Valley mile for its first attempt at this distance, it will carry an additional ten pounds. The trip is expected to suit, and it should be able to secure a good position tracking the leaders with a decent finishing kick. Despite drawing a poor barrier, connections remain hopeful.
