Last run winner, three weeks ago in a straight course race, performed well. Slow jump out, settled back in the field, accelerated mid-race and finished strongly to win. Returning from a class rise, this time stepping down to Happy Valley 1200m, need to carry six pounds more this time. Despite drawing a good barrier, expected to settle back again with a strong finishing kick compared to others in the group. Trainer and jockey have a good understanding, but times of competitors are not impressive, making the situation less favorable; hoping for a close finish.
