On June 26th, (dirt trial 1200m: 3-3-2) the horse moved out after 300 meters and showed promising momentum. Seven weeks ago in a Sha Tin turf mile, the performance was reasonable despite a slow jump and settling towards the rear. He quickened mid-race and maintained a good stride. After one barrier trial, there has been slight improvement. Another dirt trial over Happy Valley's 1200m was completed. This time with a two-pound weight reduction, the section times weren’t particularly favorable, but drawing a good barrier gives it a chance to race forward immediately.
