Another trial over a Happy Valley mile this time with a four-pound weight reduction; however, he has failed to perform in all four previous attempts at this distance, requiring him to settle back in the field. His finishing kick was weaker than rivals and despite similar section times as others in his group, even with a favourable draw, doesn’t appear likely to contend.
