YOUNG HORIZON

On September 5th, a dirt trial over 1050m saw the horse travel on the outside throughout but made up significant ground in the final stages. This is its seasonal debut and it has undergone one barrier trial with reasonable performance. Moving to a new stable, the horse has dropped twenty pounds in body weight and will benefit from a three-pound claim this time. It previously secured three wins over this distance, with comparable times in its group, and draws an advantageous inside barrier. The plan is to settle towards the rear, relying on a strong finishing kick; the favorable barrier position boosts its chances. Karis Teetan takes the ride, having established a good rapport with the horse, suggesting potential for a place finish.
