Three weeks ago, this horse ran poorly over a Sha Tin 1400m race, settling in a good position tracking the leaders and attempting to make a move mid-race but failing to sustain it. Switching to a Sha Tin 1600m race now for its first attempt at this distance, the horse benefits from a two-pound weight reduction but is considered unsuited to the longer trip and has drawn an unfavorable outside barrier. While capable of leading early, it’s recommended to observe its performance in this race before making further assessments.
