On September 23rd (dirt trial 1200m, running positions 8-8-5), the horse responded well to urging, improving its position. On September 11th (dirt trial 1200m, running positions 8-8-5), it was hampered early on before being moved out at the 200m mark and making a forward move with effort. Returning after a long break, this is the horse's first run of the season. Two barrier trials have been undertaken without demonstrating significant improvement. This time allocated a two-pound weight reduction but drawing an outside barrier. The plan is to settle back in the field, however, its finishing kick may not be strong enough to compete with rivals. While the horse has previous form over this distance and recorded good times in its group, it could be an outsider in this race.
