On September 19th, (dirt trial 1200m: 5-6-3) the horse showed an encouraging gallop with a light ride, moving up nicely. On September 5th, (dirt trial 1200m: 7-6-1), he moved out after 300 meters and made good progress through the field. This is his seasonal debut. Two trials have been completed showing improvement. He has a two-pound weight reduction this time. Having previously won twice over this distance, with comparable times in the group, a hold-up tactic is expected as finishing kick is considered strong within the group. Morning trackwork suggests further progress and connections are hopeful.
